Greetings all It was a very laid back day as i stayed home and did nothing. Nothing too exciting to report on as of late my life in general seems to have settled into a peaceful rythym with no extreme highs and crushing lows and the voices and the hallucinations seem to have been quited. I feel hopeful that perhaps i might have finally found the peace that seemed to have evaded me in 2008. Im relishing the feeling of normalcy of that much i am sure. I hope evreyone is enjoying there weekend~ peace
